Presumed is one of those words that gets stuck in negative situationsand courtroom connotations… ‘presumed missing’, ‘presumed (gulp)
dead’, ‘presumed innocent (until we come up with a better plot
point)’, etc. But there is nothing in the dictionary definition to
hint at this negative baggage that presumed gets stuck carrying: presumed – past participle, past tense of pre·sume (Verb)
Verb: 1) Suppose that something is the case on the basis of
probability. 2) Take for granted that something exists or is the case. I’d like to reclaim presumed and take the stance, and ask your
agreement, that you and I shall take it for granted that you’re
awesome. ’cause you are. http://equationarts.com
Here comes the big hug #doodle

As an artist, a big part of what I’m about is finding the joyful sideof life and reminding people that they’re awesome and that they
deserve a smile. Yesterday’s drawing is a good case in point –
http://davidscohen.posterous.com/presumed-awesome-doodle and there is
nothing quite like following up a message of awesomeness like a great
big hug. So here’s one from me to you – maybe you’ll send it to
someone you think deserves a hug too. 🙂 http://equationarts.com
