How can I help?   Well, I like to begin by listening.

When we work together I do something which I call guided listening. The idea is to use a framework of questions as a launching point for some in depth conversation. The questions help us move a little more quickly as we explore for the essential ideas, values and passions that are authentic to you.

This structured, yet flexible approach is at the foundation of different ways that I can work with you including Brand Therapy , Uncomplicated Coaching and a blend of coaching and art making that I call Doodles to Noodle.

Brand Therapy

Brand Therapy is for you if you are a “doer”, but are having doubts about whether all those things you are getting done are actually taking you in a direction that you want to go. It’s a deep dive into understanding how you and others perceive your own capabilities and drive – both in terms of the work you do and your personal fulfillment.

Doodles to Noodle is unique in that it takes the guided listening foundation, but instead of focusing only on verbal communication it also involves visual communication. This technique helps people who want to understand themselves better in a very right-brained way. Sometimes art can resonate in ways that words can’t to make you feel connected and confident in inhabiting your best self.

Uncomplicated Coaching

Got a pressing issue? Feeling stuck? Or perhaps you feel something new emerging and you need some perspective and guidance to help bring ideas into reality? These are some of the times when it can be helpful to have a sounding board you can work with a la carte to provide a broader perspective on your situation when you need it and guide you through until you are clearly focused on where to take action.
