It ain’t over until the final couplet. April is poetry month so this is an open invitation for all poets to come and hang out with the pencil pushers of the Atlanta Sketch Society. Write a poem about a drawing or make a drawing about a poem. Let’s have a little ecstatic ekphrasis! Iambic illustration? Whatevs. Just come with your pencils sharp and your wits sharper so we can dull them all together with stern use and alcohol. Wednesday 8pm-11ish at Trackside Tavern in Decatur. All styles and skill levels welcome. Spread the word!
