Artists in Sacremento are protesting for the right to compete for a portion of a $9 million budget for art at the the Kings new arena. Currently plans are to spend $8 million on a single sculpture by Jeff Koons which would wipe out any budget top showcase local art. What do you think? http://ift.tt/1B75qfZ
